Q: Will the same caregiver come each day/shift?
A: Our goal is to establish a long-term match between client and in-home caregiver and to keep the same caregiver with a client as long as the client is satisfied. With prolonged service periods/shifts, several caregivers may be utilized on a rotating basis to prevent caregiver fatigue and to insure the highest level of client care.
Q: What happens if the assigned caregiver is not a suitable match for our family?
A: Easy Living pledges to work with you to find the best possible in-home caregiver for your loved one. Should the assigned caregiver fail to meet your expectations, we’ll assign another at no additional charge.
Q: What happens if our caregiver is unable to report to work due to illness or emergency?
A: Rely on Easy Living to find a temporary replacement for your permanent caregiver. Unlike hiring your caregiver privately, our agency guarantees coverage even if your primary caregiver must cancel.
Q: Are the in-home caregivers bonded and insured?
A. Yes, Easy Living Services and its associate caregivers are covered by professional liability insurance, theft bonds, and worker’s compensation insurance. Our associates meet or exceed all state requirements for caregiver training, skills, medical clearance, insurance and criminal background clearance.
Q: Who do we contact for after hours emergencies:
A: Easy Living Services is responsive to your needs 24/7. After hours calls are delivered to a designated “On Call” Easy Living employee for immediate attention.
Q: How long does it take to get started?
A: If necessary, in home client assessments and registrations can be scheduled same day for immediate service needs.
Q: What is the cost for in-home caregiver service?
A: We’ll work with you to develop a customized plan that meets your needs and stays within your budget. Rates start at $15.75 for hourly service and $7.50 for 24 hour/live-in care. Please contact our offices at 770-442-8664 to learn more about service options and rates.
Q: Does your contract require a specified service period? Can we cancel at any time?
A: With Easy Living Services, you are free to cancel at any time. An emergency scheduling fee of $20 is assessed if 24 hr. cancellation notice is not provided to the agency.
Q: What payment forms do you accept?
A: Easy Living accepts personal checks, VISA, MASTERCARD, as well as ACH automatic payment plans.
